And that's how I start to jogging in 2015, slowly but surely.

 

Five min warmup walk, then two repetitions of jogging 90secs, walk for 90secs, jogging for 3 min, walk for 3min. Five min cooldown walk Five min warmup walk, then two repetitions of jogging 90secs, walk for 90secs, jogging for 3 min, walk for 3min. Five min cooldown walk.
